Who is Bemyspa?

BemySpa is an innovative health tourism company created in April 2007 by two French Entrepreneurs in Singapore whose aim is to build the first online booking system focused on South Asia's Spa packages, preventive care and Health packages.

While online booking is an ever growing market (25 billion euros in 2007 with 80 million bookings), BemySpa positions itself on a niche mid to high end market catering especially for international demand (North America, Europe, North Asia) and partly to the local demand. In a word, BemySpa is marketing to health aware customers Asia's holistic health treatments, ranging from Ayurveda to Traditional Chinese Medicine through tourism.

Yet, BemySpa wants to go a step further by putting up preventive care packages mixing health tourism with preventive care providing a complete health experience that covers before, during and after the trip to Asia. The latter packages are sold through various channels: B2C (direct sales and through travel agents) and B2B (as part of companies' incentive packages to employees).

By establishing itself as a health tourism company, BemySpa could possibly step into more elaborated procedures such as medical travel, first starting with non invasive procedures (dental, skin and optical) offered in South East Asia's top hospitals – thematic packages called Travel With Care. Providing the commercial success of non invasive packages, BemySpa could possibly break into invasive procedures (cosmetic surgery, orthopedics, cardiology and stem cells treatments) if the market is ripe.

BemySpa keeps tabs with its innovative and customer focused orientation by providing a beginning to end medical service whereby the customer receives a continuous follow up through all the steps of his procedures before, during and after the trip.
